- How to Create Offices

Creating Teams in Spinify is a fun way to boost competition and encourage collaboration.
Group users together on a Leaderboard - encouraging them to work together towards a group goal OR amp up the competition by having teams face off against each other.
Now that you know why Teams are great; let's look at setting some up!
8 STEPS
1. You'll already be familiar with the "Users" section, but in case you've forgotten: start by clicking the Users icon on the left-hand menu
2. Make sure you're in the Teams tab of the Users section. If not, click Teams
3. Click Create Team
4. Enter in a Team Name
5. Add members to the team and then click done
6. Choose the team Avatar. You can either upload your own, or select one of Spinify's many default avatars
7. Scroll up and click Create Team
8. Simple as that! Your team is ready to play!

Your team can now be used in competitions, messages, etc.
If you're not already on the Teams tab of the Users section, navigate back.
Then to edit a page, select the edit pencil to make any changes you need, as below:
The options available to edit are the same as when you created your team.
Absolutely is, inquisitive Velociraptor! It's that easy!
Teams group your users so that you can then create competitions with teams. You can then choose to either face them off against each other or group your teams by individuals to encourage collaboration while they work together to reach a group goal.
On the other hand, Offices are beneficial if you manage a larger business within one Spinify Account. Offices make separating users and teams listed in the same account super simple, giving you more control to create messages and competitions in Spinify targeted directly at the group of users in your department.
Follow the instructions in the tutorial below to set up your offices.
11 STEPS
1. The first step is to click the Users icon
2. Click Offices
3. Click Create Office
4. Enter a Name
5. Assign Users and Teams to your Office
6. Click Create Office
7. You can now Create Competitions using the Users from your office.
8. Now, when you create your competition, you can select your Office on the "Players" section.
9. When you select your Players, you will only be able to select Individuals and Teams that you have added to your office.
10. You can continue to set up your competition and add it as normal
11. And that's it!
